Yes! The Free plan includes up to 5,000 events per month — enough to evaluate Privatrak on a real project. No credit card required. When you're ready for more, the Starter plan at $20/month gives you 50,000 events and 3 projects.

Every pageview, click, and form submission captured by the tracker counts as one event. Auto-captured and manually tracked events are both counted.

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan's features until the end of your billing cycle.

Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. Currently all paid plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Events over the limit are buffered for a grace period — we never drop your data without warning.
