Refund Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This policy explains how refunds work for the Privatrak product analytics service ("Service"), provided by Omexa LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Privatrak", "we", "us", "our").
Your purchase is made through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, billing enquiries and refunds. Applicable taxes are added at checkout and remitted by Paddle.
1. Our refund policy is Paddle's
Refunds for Privatrak are governed by Paddle's refund policy, which applies to your purchase in full and sets out the refund window that applies where you live. The rest of the purchase is covered by Paddle's buyer terms.
We do not add conditions of our own.
2. You can try Privatrak without paying
Every account includes a free plan with 10,000 events per month, and it does not ask for a card. It is the same product, not a time-limited trial, so you can decide whether Privatrak suits you before any money changes hands.
3. How to ask for a refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, ask Paddle:
- Go to paddle.net, find your purchase and choose Request refund, or
- use the support link on the receipt Paddle emailed you.
You can also email support@privatrak.com from the address on your Privatrak account, telling us which payment you mean, and we will take it up with Paddle for you.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer — usually within five to ten business days.
4. Cancelling
Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancel at any time from Plan & Billing in your account, which opens the billing portal. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep the paid plan until then.
- A scheduled cancellation can be called off at any point before it takes effect, from the same place.
- Cancelling stops future charges. It is separate from a refund — for a payment already taken, ask for a refund as described above.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law that applies to you. Consumers in the European Union, the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, and consumers in several other countries have similar rights. Paddle's refund policy sets out how each of them applies.
