Billing

Your plan, what you have used this month, and how to change either. Everything here is handled by Paddle, who take the payment and issue the invoices; the Billing page in Settings is where you reach it.

Subscribing

Every account starts on Free, and stays there until you choose otherwise — there is no trial to expire and nothing to cancel. Picking a paid plan opens Paddle’s checkout, and the new limits apply as soon as it completes.

Changing plans

Upgrading

Upgrades apply the moment the payment goes through, and you are charged only for the rest of the current period.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep your current limits until then. The next period simply starts on the lower plan, and from then on its limits apply like any other plan’s. Nothing is deleted if you are over one of them.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the Free plan. Anything older than the Free plan’s 30-day retention window is cleaned up after that, so export what you want to keep before the period ends.

Monthly event usage

Your monthly event count resets at the start of each billing cycle. The current usage and limit are displayed in the Billing section. When you reach your limit, new events stop being ingested until the next cycle or until you upgrade.

Payment methods

All payments are processed through Paddle. Paddle supports credit/debit cards and PayPal. You can update your payment method through the Paddle billing portal.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically by Paddle for each billing cycle. Access your invoices and billing history through the Paddle billing portal, linked from the Billing section in Settings.
