Plans and limits
Every plan includes every Privatrak feature. Plans differ in how many events, projects and people you can have, how long your data is kept and the support you get. Prices are on the pricing page.
A project uses the plan of its owner. Your plan belongs to your account and covers every project you own.

The monthly event limit
The monthly event limit counts every event in all the projects you own together: page views, clicks, form submissions, custom events and click problems. It starts again on the 1st of each month.
Privatrak emails the owner at 80% of the limit and again at 100%.
Once the limit is reached, Privatrak records no more events until the 1st of the next month or until you upgrade. To keep every event, upgrade before you reach the limit.
Other limits
When you reach another limit, such as funnels or dashboards, you create more after you upgrade or delete one you don’t need. Everything you already have keeps working.
How long data is kept
Privatrak keeps your data for your plan’s data retention and deletes older data automatically. On every plan, Flows show at most the last 90 days.
When a downgrade takes effect, data older than the new plan’s retention is deleted within the hour. Upgrading later doesn’t bring it back.
Trait keys
The Trait keys row counts the different traits a project can use. Settings › Trait Keys shows the ones you use.
